A striking new concept design emerged for Rush Surf Mackay, one that aligns with and refreshes the client’s previous stores’ sense of character.
The combination of a bold and vibrant shopfront and a clean and streamlined interior colour palette allowed the client’s surf culture and merchandise to take centre stage.
With such an expansive corner shopfront area to contend with, the scale and location of the entry points and shopfront windows (and the relationship between the two) was paramount.
The large scale shopfront displays coupled with big, bold, and brightly lit graphics (featured on black backgrounds to make the images truly ‘pop’), were incorporated to compel the imagination from a mile away, and invite customers to cross the threshold into a world of surf culture-steeped fashion.
