Frequently Asked Questions
What can you do to help your project run smoothly?
Design Brief – This is the most important tool to achieve the best results. The brief needs to include – your goal, your vision, how will you use the space, who it will cater for, your budget for the fit out, your likes and dislikes in terms of style (modern/ classic), and the timeframe for the project.
Expectations – Tell us your expectations so we can focus on what is most important to you.
Contacts – Provide all relevant contacts of people involved (lessor, graphic designer) so we can communicate with them directly.
Provisions – A list of what is being provided by the lessor in terms of the fit out process, and any restrictions we need to be aware of. All specifications and dimensions of any items and equipment we need to include in the design.
Make decisions – Once you have been presented with concepts, ideas, it is important to take time to evaluate these and clearly communicate your feelings. The better direction given at this point, the more successful the outcome will be.
Trust your designer – Be confident of the designer’s opinion and advice. We have the qualifications and flair to point you in the right direction.
