Xings Sunshine Plaza saw the partial refurbishment of the existing tenancy to maximise food display at the counter and include a new noodle bar offering. The existing counter was re-clad with a striking mix of tiles, and profiled joinery and menuboard surrounds frame a large scale graphic.
